Crypto payment policy

Bitcoin (BTC) on the Bitcoin network, Ethereum (ETH) on Ethereum mainnet, and USDT or USDC on Ethereum, Tron (TRC-20) or Polygon. Always send the exact asset on the exact network shown at checkout — transfers on other networks cannot be recovered.

Prices are listed in EUR. At checkout you choose an asset and we display the exact amount of coin due, a one-time deposit address and a QR code. The quoted rate is locked for 20 minutes.

If the rate window expires before your transaction is broadcast, a new quote is generated automatically and any difference is settled before dispatch.

Orders are released for packing after 2 network confirmations for BTC and 12 for ETH and ERC-20 stablecoins. This usually takes 10–40 minutes. You receive an email as soon as payment is confirmed.

Underpaid orders are held until the balance arrives. Overpayments are returned to the sending wallet minus the network fee, or applied as a discount if you prefer.

Every order receives a VAT invoice in EUR showing the crypto asset, amount, network and transaction hash used for settlement. Payment in crypto does not change your statutory consumer rights, warranty or return window.

Refunds are always paid back in the same asset, to the same wallet used for payment, converted from the EUR order value at the rate on the refund date. See the returns and refund policy for details.
