Track your order

Enter the order number from your confirmation email together with the email address used at checkout. Tracking becomes available as soon as the carrier scans your parcel, usually within one business day of dispatch.

Order stages

  1. 1. Payment confirmed — your crypto transaction has reached the required number of network confirmations.
  2. 2. Packed — the sealed unit is picked and packed, normally within one business day.
  3. 3. Dispatched — you receive a tracked, insured shipping link by email.
  4. 4. Delivered — signature on delivery; your 14-day return window starts on this date.
