24 months from the delivery date against manufacturing defects, including GPU or memory failure, fan or vapour chamber failure, display output faults and defective power connectors.

Cover applies to the original purchaser and is tied to your order number — no separate registration is required.

Physical damage, liquid damage, damage caused by incorrect installation or inadequate power supply, removal of the cooler or heatsink, modified BIOS from third-party sources, and normal cosmetic wear.

Manual overclocking with ASUS GPU Tweak III does not void your warranty.

Email support@novacore.example with your order number and a short description of the fault, including photos or a screenshot of any error where possible. We reply within one business day with an RMA number and a prepaid return label.

Confirmed defects are repaired or replaced with an equivalent unit. If neither is possible we refund the full purchase price in the cryptocurrency used for the original payment, at the exchange rate on the refund date.

Inspection takes 3–5 business days after we receive the card. Replacements are dispatched free of charge with tracked, insured shipping.

This warranty is in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer under EU law, including the two-year legal conformity guarantee. Nothing here limits those rights.
