Privacy policy

Name, email address, shipping address, order contents and the wallet address plus transaction hash of your crypto payment. We also log the country derived from your IP address to display an accurate delivery estimate; the IP itself is not stored for marketing.

To fulfil the purchase contract, meet accounting and tax obligations, handle warranty and return claims, and respond to support requests.

Data is shared only with our shipping carrier, our payment processor for on-chain settlement, and our accountant where legally required. We never sell personal data.

Order and invoice records are retained for 10 years as required by German commercial law. Support correspondence is deleted after 24 months.

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing at any time by emailing privacy@novacore.example. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
