Returns & refund policy

Notify us within 14 days of receiving your order by emailing support@novacore.example with your order number and a statement that you wish to withdraw. You then have a further 14 days to send the card back.

Return the card in its original ASUS packaging with all included accessories. Cards that are physically damaged, missing accessories or show signs of mining or mounting damage may be subject to a deduction reflecting the loss in value.

You carry the cost of return shipping for withdrawals. For defective or incorrectly delivered items we send a prepaid, insured label at our expense.

Refunds are issued in the same cryptocurrency and to the same wallet used for payment. Because exchange rates move, refunds are calculated from the EUR order value and converted at the market rate on the day the refund is sent, so the amount of coin you receive may differ from the amount you paid.

Network fees for the outgoing refund transaction are deducted from the payout. We cannot refund to a different wallet or network than the one used for the original payment.

We inspect returns within 3 business days of arrival and send the refund transaction within 14 days of receiving the item, usually much sooner. You receive the transaction hash by email so you can verify it on-chain.

Orders cancelled before dispatch are refunded in full, including any shipping paid. If your crypto payment arrived under- or over-funded, the difference is refunded or requested before we dispatch.
